ACADEMIC PREPARATION ACTIVITIES

Attendance is compulsory, please check your email for the preparation

activity schedule.

During Preparation week, activities will have an academic focus.

Students will have an opportunity to:

• Meet their program managers, subject coordinators, teachers and student peers.

• Form learning groups within their subjects and get to know their classmates and teachers

through team building exercises, excursions and practical activities.

• Receive an introduction to the aims and objectives of all their subjects and gain an

understanding of what is required of them through the semester. Subjects that require a

diagnostic test for determining the competency levels will use this period to run the activity

and ensure students are settled in to class groups ready for week 1.
