2015 VSCCWA Vintage Stampede - Club Regularity Meeting
Round of: Club Regularity Drivers Championship,
Sunday 29th November 2015
To all VSCC of WA members,
The last event for 2015 is almost here and you are all invited to enter the 2015 VSCCWA
Vintage Stampede at Barbagallo Raceway. This is a club motoring event involving Regularity
on both the long and short courses. If you’re not a member of the VSCCWA, temporary
membership is available and temporary CAMS 2SE driving licence may be available to
people holding a street licence.
The attached Entry Form provides entry cost and payment details. The Supplementary
Regulations for this event are also attached. Please take some time to read them. You may
just pick up some information regarding the running of the event.
Proposed program for Sunday 29th
The track will be open at 7:00am and the onsite scrutineering bay will be open at 7:30am.
There will be a compulsory drivers’ briefing for all Regularity competitors at 8:30am outside
McCracken House.
There will most likely be four Regularity groups including Modern Regularity, depending
on entries, and practice will begin at 9:00am. All vehicles complying with the 2015 VSCC
Standing Regulations for Hillclimbs & Sprints Club Championship will be eligible for entry.
There will be a trophy presentation and drinks in McCracken House at approximately
5:30pm. Please come along and support the winners or even pick up a trophy or two. There
will be trophies for winners of each event and there will also be a trophy for the driver with
the lowest points score for the entire event. We will also be running a teams competition
where you can nominate three cars and a trophy will be awarded for the lowest aggregate
points score for the team the entire event.
Entries CLOSE Friday 4th November 2015, so get yours in early to be sure of a place!
