We try to find those unique selling points that will enhance

the appeal of your property to a potential buyer. We take

differentiation very seriously. This is demonstrated by the fact

that we often draw up floor plans at our cost; use quality digital

SLR cameras to capture the property in the best light; have

used drones; and use quality printing to best effect.

Some agents call this smart

marketing, or new age

marketing — we call it normal

To sell any property one must seek maximum exposure to help

find your buyer. Today, that’s done almost exclusively through

the Internet. More precisely it’s done through “Portals” for real

estate specific transactions. The most popular portals are

domain.com

. As a minimum

you must be on these three sites. But there are many more.

At Country Realty we advertise our properties on up to 13 web

sites depending on the property. For instance, there are web

sites specifically for people interested in horses.
