Radica Bojkovska Dimitrovska
Radica Bojkovska-Dimitrovska is the
executive producer of Macedonian audio
and language content at SBS Radio. She is
a professional journalist with experience in
multi-platform broadcasting including radio,
television and photojournalism gained in
Macedonia and Australia. Radica was born
in Skopje and migrated to Australia in 1994.
She completed her Bachelor of Journalism
at Saints Cyril and Methodius University
in Skopje.
Highly experienced at building
relationships, working with teams of
journalists and content producers, she
is passionate in highlighting issues such
as domestic violence particularly against
migrant women, homelessness, mental
health issues, social cohesion, equality and
cultural sensitivity.
Radica is a passionate supporter of
MCAA Ilinden and promoter of all things
Macedonian - language, culture, traditions,
folklore, and intercultural understanding.
Bobby Josifovski
Bobby Josifovski is a third generation
Australian-Macedonian. He is one of MCAA
Ilinden’s own having danced with the group
for 10 years between 2000 and 2010.
Bobby participated in dance tours across
Australia and twice to Macedonia in 2005
and 2008, and was Secretary of MCAA
Ilinden from 2006-2009.
After completing his Master in International
Law and International Relations, Bobby
worked at the UN International Criminal
Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in The
Netherlands. Upon his return to Australia,
he continued his career in law enforcement.
Bobby is an active member of the
Macedonian community, who has not
only been part of the 50 year Anniversary
Committee; he is also Secretary of the
Macedonian School Council of NSW,
Secretary of the NSW Federation of
Community Language Schools and a
secondary school teacher of Macedonian
at the Saturday School of
Community Languages.
