b) Relationship with CAMS
•
two members questioned whether a letter had been sent to CAMS regarding the
club’s relationship with CAMS and its handling of club members, as per a motion put at a
general meeting in November.
•
Rob Ozanne said that:
■
the previous committee had decided not to proceed with such action and
the current committee respected that decision.
■
the current committee was working with CAMS to improve the working
relationship and would deal directly with any new issues if they arise.
■
If any member has a particular concern which requires club action they
should table a formal motion at a General Meeting, giving members time to consider the
matter before being asked to vote on it.
c) Assistance for Waroona/Yarloop bushfires
– it was suggested that members could
donate tools for those who have suffered in these bushfires; it was agreed that members
