Bupa Aged Care Intranet
The Intranet can be accessed via the Staff Kiosk computers in your care home. Here you can find
information on our business, key events, news stories, and our care home “photo of the day”.
Bupa Buzz
Bupa Buzz is our monthly employee newsletter available in your staff room at the beginning of each
month. This includes updates about Bupa, our people and care homes. If you would like to submit a
story, you can email
bupabuzz@bupacare.com.au.

Whenever you are unsure how to perform a task or what’s involved in a process, check the BMS.
It will give you the guidance you need.
Bupa Management System (BMS)
BMS is a library of all of the repeatable processes in our
business. These processes are contained in Work Instructions
(WIs) and describe what you need to do in your role every
day.
It is critical that you follow the WIs to ensure the best
outcomes for the residents, no matter where they are or who
provides care to them. BMS is fundamental to the delivery
of the Bupa Promise, which you will learn about within this
guide.
BMS is accessible to all employees on the Bupa Aged Care
Intranet site, either via staff kiosk, with an individual login on
care home computers, or, Corporate Office computers. Essential WIs are printed and provided in
folders to care homes for business continuity purposes. New or amended WIs are updated into these
folders every month.
