Your manager
Your manager or supervisor should always be the first contact point for any questions you have as
you begin your induction journey.
Our Bupa leaders and managers are trained and well equipped to be able to provide strong support
for employees.
In the case that you need further support, there are various teams within the corporate office that
can support you.
People team
The People team are able to provide various people support services to employees, including
employment, learning & development and reward & recognition program enquiries. Please check with
your Manager or Business Administrator for your care home’s People representative contact details.
