Induction Guide | New Employee 5

Induction stages

Your Ignite Journey is divided into five key stages.

Each stage of your Ignite journey is linked to a list of activities you will be completing. These activities

have been carefully selected to ensure you successfully integrate into Bupa Aged Care, your team

and to quickly and effectively learn what is required of you in your role.

A role specific checklist for each stage of the Ignite journey will be provided to you on

commencement. You can use this checklist to guide your journey through each stage and make sure

you are making progress and completing essential activities.

Your manager and buddy will work with you to monitor your progress and will sign off your checklist

at the end of successful completion of each stage of your Ignite journey. This checklist should then

be filed on your employee file as a record of your induction.
