8 Induction Guide | New Employee
Checklists
This guide is accompanied by a set of induction checklists,
that are specific to your role. These checklists are aligned
with the stages of your Ignite journey and will help you
navigate your first three months on the job.
It is expected that by the end of your first three months
(probationary period) you will have successfully completed
these checklists and this will coincide with your first
performance development review (appraisal).
We encourage you to make the most of this learning
opportunity by completing all the activities to the best
of your ability. You will be supported and guided by your
manager, supervisor or buddy but you are the key to
getting the most out of your own induction program.
Employee handbook
As part of your induction pack you would have received an
Employee Handbook. This handbook is designed to help you
settle in and provides a comprehensive introduction to Bupa
Aged Care Australia.
Please take the time to read through your Employee
Handbook as it provides you with all the relevant information
about Bupa Aged Care Australia, our residents, our work
instructions, benefits and conditions of employment.
Please keep your employee handbook in a safe and easily
accessible location for future reference.
