Regular and proactive resident reviews
Delegation of medication administration to appropriately trained care givers
Registered Nurses able to apply their clinical knowledge and skills in a ‘Person-First’ way
Outcomes
• Improved access to complex health care for our residents
• Reduction in hospital visits for our residents
• Upskilling of our nursing workforce
