28 Induction Guide | New Employee

Uniforms

Dress code, uniform and grooming is very

important. We are committed to presenting a

professional image through presentation and dress

of every employee. Many roles within our care

homes have set uniforms. Please refer to WI PM

07.1 Uniform Ordering and the supporting policy for

detailed information on uniform expectations.

Documentation

It is a legal requirement in the Aged Care Industry

and a Bupa Aged Care standard that full and

accurate reporting takes place at all levels of

care and within all roles at our homes. We take

documentation and reporting very seriously.

Below are some examples of documentation and

reporting that all employees are responsible for

completing:

Completing, signing and adding up your

timesheet

Completing and signing your leave forms

Completing your sign-on/sign off

Your GM/Leader will provide you with details of documentation and reporting requirements and

work instructions that are specific to your individual role and responsibility.

If required, as part of your Role Specific Induction you will receive training and will be assessed on

documentation reporting requirements and work instructions.
