alternative plans for a future home need to be made if we have to vacate the building.
The adoption of a modern data base system to reduce the administrative workload is still a
work in progress. Our constitution needs to be updated and made compliant with the latest
government regulations.
The members of the 2016 Management Committee have all indicated their willingness to
continue on in 2017. This is very pleasing because it is an indication of their enthusiasm to
continue developing the programs we have started this year. It also provides stability in the
Club’s administration.

Barnes’ tenure expires in November 2017.

It was suggested that the President’s Report acknowledges Phil Shephard for his work at the
Albany Classic
