The new spectrum of advice

Many funds are exploring a broader spectrum of assistance and advice to better engage with
their members. Jacinta Munro will provide a high level perspective on advice services based on her
interaction with senior executives from across the broader industry. Jacinta will highlight opportunities
and also what funds should consider in terms of governance, compliance and operational risk.
Ross Bowden will share the experience of Link Advice in developing advice services and the type of
innovation they have looked at to get better member engagement for their clients. Maria Lykouras will
then describe the innovation happening in financial planning practices as they also start to embrace a
broader spectrum of services.
