Tourism & Hospitality Workforce

In 2014/15, there were 6,859 people who make up the tourism and

hospitality workforce in Central Coast NSW which is a significant

increase from recent years where there has been a marked

downturn in employment in the tourism and hospitality sectors.

Developments which provide additional full time tourism and

hospitality employment positions on the Central Coast and which

also seek to encourage job seekers to consider tourism and

hospitality professions to be a professional career will provide

economic stimulation to the region.
