Fish’, ‘Princess Elsa’ and ‘Little Red

Riding Hood’ came alive!

A new event this year was introduced

called ‘ELC got Talent’ for the first time

in our 3 year old group. Every child was

given an opportunity to sing, dance or

recite a nursery rhyme or bible verses

in front of the class. We definitely

identified lots of talent in our midst.

The term ended strongly with a Footy

Party in our 4 year old group, where

every child came dressed in their

favourite footy team colours. Everyone

had such a blast!

The ELC team could not have done

all the activities this term without the

parents' support. On behalf of all our

staff, I would like to say a big thank you

to our ELC parents for supporting and

helping us provide a quality program

for the children.

Term 3 started swiftly with the 4 year

old Cross Country event followed by

our 3 year old Reptiles Encounters

with the Australian Animals. The

4 year old group also enjoyed an

educational session from Victorian

State Government's 'Living Safely with

Dogs' Program, teaching children how

to approach a dog in a safe manner,

thereby reducing the risk of dog

attacks on young ones.

Our Father’s Day event was a hit this

year where our 4 year old dads came

dressed in matching sports attire with

their child and did lots of exercises and

games outdoors. The 3 year old dads

were treated to a very yummy ‘Build

a Burger’ event with their child in the

ELC! I am sure everyone went home

happy and satisfied with a full tummy!

Our Book Week went really well where

characters like ‘The Three Little Pigs’,

‘The Very Cranky Bear’, ‘The Rainbow
